Thanks to a new technical process, respecting a Volume/Surface ratio, we are able to bound the evaporation evaluated between 1 and 2% per year. This evaporation commonly called "Part des Anges" (angels' share) is essential in order to ensure that Cognac ages properly.

Sitting on a base and fitted with a faucet, your cask will grace your interior just as it will be in its place in your cellar.

Your 30 litre oak cask, engraved with your name by pyrography will stay yours forever, allowing you to refill it whenever you wish.
